Cancellation Policy: All conference cancellation must be received in written via email. Should a delegate be unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in their place. The delegate will receive a refund (through the deduction of a 15% administration fee) if the organization committee has received formal notice of the change to the booking within one month before the event; We cannot refund the fee within two weeks before the event for any reason, however we will offer an attendance credit letter so that the delegate can freely attend another future event held by Leader Associates.
